I am a passionate and ambitious interdisciplinary project manager, international businesswoman, and researcher/research consultant with 15+ years of experience in building and guiding successful teams, mentoring, and delivering solutions.

My current projects (as a consultant or an employee) focus on project management, analysis, and technical solutions - most recently using artificial intelligence and developing SaaS products for industry. Supported by a diverse team, I provide software, hardware, and embedded solutions. I also have extensive experience (17+ years) in supporting the entire research pipeline from conceptualization and grant proposal writing to problem solving, meeting milestones, administration and publishing. 

I support the development of new projects and/or ongoing projects/research at all stages in academic institutions and commercial settings and currently have capacity for new projects.

As a business consultant and project manager (freelance or employed), I support companies with requirements specification, project setup, stakeholder management, maintaining network and collaborative relationships, resource planning, business plan development, risk mitigation, status reporting and presentations, collaborator and project controlling. My projects are technical and most often focus on product development and commercialization of SaaS products. I aim to create efficient and productive working environments through leadership, communication, and listening. 

My research services often include but are not limited to initiating collaborations, preparing and managing research proposals for financing/funding, designing and setting up technical infrastructure and experiments, coordinating collaborators, preparing reports, peer-review papers, and presentations, and advising Master and PhD students. I often consult teams on projects that are stagnant or in crisis, and I offer clients access to a broad network of international specialists in various fields in both industry and academia to assist in pragmatically overcoming challenges. 

In my language services business, I work with and optimize non-fiction, technical, and scientific texts for both private and corporate clients; proposal/grant writing, editing, translation, writing coaching, and text optimization are among the most sought after of my services. I specialize in international clients and readership and take pride in ensuring clear, engaging, and accurate texts, especially those written in English by non-native speakers.
